  • How Do I order my Family In A Tree?

    Order you Family In A Tree as follows:

    1.  Collect all the photos you want to use in your tree.
    2. Choose a template, tree size, text, optional customization.
    3. Place your order
    4. Send us your photos ( family-in-a-tree.wetransfer.com)

  • How many photos do I need?

    You can use as many photos as you as desire. The more number of photos, the bigger the size should be.

    Contact us for pricing, if you have more than 150 photos. We can accommodate any number of photos.

  • Do my photos need to be high resolution?

    The quality of the photos you submit does matter! High resolution photos will yield the best results. If you send low resolution, underexposed, overexposed, or blurry images, that is how they will appear on your tree. We do not correct or enhance photos.

  • How are photos placed on the tree?

    All photos will be randomly placed on the tree unless special customization is requested.

  • Can I have my photos placed at a certain area on my tree?

    Certain photos can be placed in particular areas (root base, trunk, branches, etc) & up to 10 photos placed down center of tree for an additional ($25.00). Any other kind of customization is possible. Contact us for pricing.

    IMPORTANT: Separate these photos from the other photos AND send them in a separate folder or file. Label and name the photos according to where you want them placed on the tree (i.e. Root Photo, Trunk Photo, Center Photos). You will upload and send all photos via https://family-in-a-tree.wetransfer.com/.

    CENTER PHOTOS: Name and number these photos from 1 to 10. They will be placed on the tree vertically in that order starting with photo #1 and ending photo #10 in the crown of tree.

  • How do I send my photos?

  • Can I use single individual photos or group photos?

    You can use both. However, it depends on the tree style you select. Some of our trees required a single individual photo of each person you want on tree. For those, you can send headshots or single individuals photos.

    Some of our trees allow you to use a combination of single individual photos, group photos, and more.

    Be sure the type of photos you send in correspond with the tree style you want and select.

  • What size should I print my Family In A Tree?

    That is totally up to you and depends on the number of photos you have in your tree. Our personal recommend is at a minimal a 24×20 – nothing less. The more photos, the larger print size you should choose.

  • How soon will receive my Family In A Tree?

    Initially 5-7 business days for Proof
    Followed by 3-4 business days for Printing
    Followed by 4-7 business days for Shipping

    An estimate would be approximately 10-14 business days for your Family In A Tree to arrive.
